What began as an experiment between two founders has grown into a modular biomanufacturing platform. Our goal is simple: help producers turn their side streams into ingredients with higher value, right where they are created.
From a small idea to a growing reality
Identifying the Market Gap
We met with more than a hundred producers, brewers and farmers.
Across sectors, we saw a clear need to unlock more value from local side streams.

De-risking Technology
Early trials confirmed that controlled fermentation can reliably upgrade diverse side streams.
These results validated feasibility and formed the basis for our modular process.

Building the First Unit
Together with our manufacturing partner, we developed the first Dapibuset unit.
This milestone demonstrated that on site biomanufacturing can be deployed as a scalable, modular system.

Expanding Production Capacity
With a new facility and a higher-capacity unit, we are expanding production volumes and running pilot collaborations. MycoSpan™ is now in application testing across feed and food sectors, demonstrating the real-world performance of our platform.
