Dapibuset Partners with DTU and BRØL on Eurostars-Backed Project.
Dapibuset has secured support through the Eurostars programme for a €1.65 million international project. Dapibuset will work together with the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and Danish brewery BRØL to deploy the platform directly on-site in Denmark.
Dapibuset’s fermentation platform is designed to be installed on-site, converting side streams into Mycospan™ — a nutrient-dense ingredient produced through mycelium fermentation for use in food, feed and pet food — without the need to transport biomass to a central facility.
The project brings together Dapibuset’s biotech process engineering, DTU’s fermentation science expertise and BRØL’s industrial production experience and environment, combining complementary capabilities to generate the evidence needed to advance Dapibuset’s platform towards broader commercial deployment.
